Design

All of our dies are designed using the latest 2D and 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.

Our designs are based on years of accumulated experience as well as feedback from our customers, getting in this way, the optimization of future dies. Very complex multi-void hollows of all sizes (up to 19”) and shapes are common for us. Our CAD-CAM computer systems are networked together with our CNC machines, giving a seamless flow of information, precision, and repeatability.
